This exercise CD gives an understanding of how to do pelvic floor muscle exercises. This exercise CD can then be used at home to make your exercise sessions more fun and interesting. This CD is useful for any woman who is experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, such as bladder or bowel control problems, or prolapse.
