Regardless of whether your chronic pain includes endometriosis, IC, or IBS, or a combination of all of these, following an anti-inflammatory diet can help to reduce the intensity of the pain you are experiencing. It is also essential to include lifestyle changes, such as increased activity and exercise as well as stress reduction.
