Part 1 illustrates the steps involved in showering for females, as well as what products to use in the shower, and ends with instructions on how to towel dry. Part 2 includes information on hand hygiene, toileting issues for women, breast self-exam, and signs of genital infection.

Circles involves categorizing social roles and designating the colour circle with its associated Three "T's", Touch, Talk, and Trust. Video mini-dramas serve as illustrations of common social relationships and display typical touching behaviours as well as conversation levels and degrees of safety. In Circles, the emphasis is on matching the social role with the appropriate circle colour and teaching students to model behaviours that are parallel to those seen on the video. Part 1 lays the foundation for making distinctions among the various kinds of relationships that each person has.
