Abstract

This book provides methods for teaching social thinking to students with high functioning autism, Asperger's Syndrome, ADHD and others, diagnosed and undiagnosed, with social thinking challenges. Building upon Thinking About YOU Thinking About ME, the book sequences through eight chapters and 69 lessons that help students start to explore the basics of working and thinking in a group. Each chapter addresses how to use and interpret language (verbal and non-verbal) to further understand the communicative context. The range of lessons spans from kindergarten through adulthood.
